Cancellation Policy

At BurnSwift, we process and fulfill orders efficiently to ensure you receive your packages as fast as possible. Because of our automated logisitic cycle, options for order cancellation are time-sensitive. Please read our guidelines below carefully.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel an update or purchase, you must notify our customer support team immediately. We can only process a full cancellation and credit your card if the order has not yet been handled or passed to our warehouse distribution team.

2. Cancellations After Shipment

Once an package has been assigned tracking details and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, intercepted, or redirected in transit. If your container has already departed our warehouse facility, you will need to follow our return procedures.

Return Condition Warning:

As detailed in our Refund Policy, you will be responsible for receiving the shipment, arranging return package drop-off, and covering all return freight expenses to our PO Box warehouse.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you registered for a recurring auto-ship plan, you retain the freedom to stop your upcoming shipments at any moment. To prevent being billed for the next scheduled delivery cycle, you must cancel your automated subscription at least 48 hours prior to your next recurring billing milestone.

Any subscription changes submitted after a recurring payment has been processed will not apply to that current order; the item will be dispatched as planned, and your stop request will take effect for the following automated term.

4. Discretionary Cancellations by BurnSwift

We reserve the explicit right to decline or cancel any specific customer transaction under our own evaluation. Reasons prompting an automated cancel operation include:

If we cancel your transaction after checkout captures your payment, our system will initiate an immediate 100% automated refund back to your original source account.
